A Discipleship Ministry of Living Branch Church

“We should ask God to increase our hope when it is small, awaken it when it is dormant, confirm it when it is wavering, strengthen it when it is weak, and raise it up when it is overthrown.” -John Calvin

If our mission as a church is to glorify God & enjoy Him by making disciples, then we ought to be thoughtful disciples ourselves! Sunday mornings are wonderful opportunities to receive the Word while Thursday evenings are wonderful opportunities to actively engage in asking good questions in community. Our vision for community groups is to focus on fellowship, prayer & intimate support while our vision for Theology Thursday is to learn, dive deep & to sharpen one another. There is a place for both. For us, theology is not merely an intellectual exercise to boost our pride, but an exercise of the heart to boost our love for God and others.

E-mail Pastor Cody at cbrobst@livingbranch.net to learn more about how to join us. This semester we have considered the Power of the Tongue and have now moved on to Spiritual Conversations. We are meeting in the home of Dave & Peggy McKay at 6:30pm with the option to tune in virtually on Zoom. Meetings typically last for an hour. Updates on the topics are sent out on social media Thursday mornings and in our weekly newsletter on Wednesday.
